Modern gynaecological surgery has moved beyond treating disease. Every incision is now a reproductive decision — a choice that echoes far beyond the operating table, into a woman's fertility, her hormonal future, her quality of life, and the possibilities she carries forward.
Since 2000, Hospital Putrajaya has pioneered laparoscopic excellence in women's care. As the premier Ministry of Health centre for advanced laparoscopic training, we have spent over two decades refining technique, mentoring surgeons, and raising the standard of minimally invasive gynaecology across the nation — and we are not finished. Our ambition is to build a centre of surgical training excellence that stands among the best in the region.
PAGLC 2026 continues that mission. Under the theme Minimal Access, Maximum Horizons, we focus on three rapidly evolving frontiers — endometriosis, oncofertility, and urogynaecology — where precision, innovation, and minimal access redefine what is possible for the women we care for.
Because preserving fertility, restoring function, and protecting quality of life are no longer separate goals. They are one surgical philosophy. And that philosophy begins here.

Submit an original surgical video and compete before the full congress audience. Open to specialists, trainees and medical officers. Finalists are screened live, judged on technique, safety and teaching value.

Observe and scrub in alongside renowned consultants — advanced laparoscopic technique learned directly from leaders in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. Our theatres are closed for upgrading works, so this runs as a post-congress session once the new dates are set.
